These terms govern use of cbiconsulting.co.uk and paid membership of CBI Consulting Ltd. By applying, paying, or using the members’ material you agree to them.
This page is written for the service we actually sell: educational membership. It is not a managed-account, signal, or joint-venture agreement.

SIC 70229 — management consultancy (other than financial management). We are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. We are not a proprietary trading firm, a broker, or a fund manager.
You must be 18 or over. Applications from anyone we reasonably believe is under 18 will be refused and any related data deleted.
Submitting the form or an email is a request, not a contract. We may accept or refuse without giving a reason. A membership contract starts only when (a) we have written to offer you membership and (b) we have received the first month’s fee.
Membership is offered in three packages: Bronze £99 / month, Silver £249 / month, and Gold £499 / month.
While your membership is paid and in good standing, the package you are offered includes some or all of the following, as described at offer:
Access is as we describe at the time of offer (for example a private channel or email drop).
What you do not get:
Breakdowns are education. Instrument, timing and outcome on a sample chart are not an instruction to open that trade.
Cards may be taken via Stripe on the join and payment pages. Stripe is a payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
If you choose bank transfer or USDT (Tether on ERC-20), instructions are sent by email after you submit the form. Sort codes, account numbers and wallet addresses are not published on this site.
The month starts when the fee clears (card, bank or USDT). The current month is non-refundable once paid. Later months are billed in advance.
If a payment is late or missing, we may pause or end access until it is paid. Pausing does not wipe sums already due.
Cancel at any time by emailing info@cbiconsulting.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid. We will not bill a further month after a clear cancellation email received before that month starts. Access is personal and not transferable.
You place and close your own trades, on your own account, at your own broker. You are solely responsible for those decisions and for any loss. Past marks, samples and teaching examples are not a promise of future results. You may lose some or all of the capital you trade with.
Members-only charts, notes and recordings are our intellectual property (or licensed to us). You may use them for your own learning. You may not share, resell, publish, or scrape them, or pretend they are a live signal feed.
We may suspend or end membership immediately if you breach this section, abuse staff or other members, or we reasonably believe the account is not yours.
The public site is information about the company and how to apply. It may change. We do not promise uninterrupted access. Hyperlinks to brokers or third sites are not recommendations.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that UK law does not allow us to exclude.
If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
Subject to that: we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed trades, broker failures, or other indirect loss arising from the website, the teaching, or membership. Our total liability to you arising out of membership or the site is limited to the membership fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Email info@cbiconsulting.co.uk with “Complaint” in the subject. We will acknowledge and respond in writing. This is an unregulated educational service; it is not covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service.
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Material changes will be emailed to current members where we have an address. Continued use after the date of change is acceptance of the new terms. If you do not accept them, cancel under section 6.
England and Wales law. English courts have exclusive jurisdiction, except that a consumer may also use the courts of their UK home nation.
